Elizabeth worked at Fort Knox as a civil
servant for twenty years but managed to paint as well. During this
time she exhibited throughout Kentucky. By accepting an early government retirement
in 1994 and moving to Indiana, she has been able to paint full time.
Elizabeth works in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media with an
occasional pastel. She painted portraits early on but now enjoys
diverse subject matter. Elizabeth likes to paint out-of-doors
whenever possible and enjoys participating in the First Brush of Spring in New Harmony,
Indiana. She renders all subjects matching the desired medium with
the subject matter. Elizabeth also accepts commissions.
